Sourced straight from Ethiopian farmers and milled locally in London, our Brown Teff is not only authentic but more importantly, it is rich in nutrition. One serving of 90g contains Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorous, copper, and Manganese as well as a great source of Iron and Fibre. 

Historically Teff is known to be one of the ancient grains domesticated by Ethiopians, dating to 8000-5000 BC.
